Conceptual Design

Three luxurious towers with a 360 degrees view over Paramaribo and the Atlantic Ocean situated in a lovely park. By placing
the three towers centrally on top of the location, the concentration of residents will be increased without influencing the
environment negatively. Two of the towers will be 12 story high, with two apartments on each floor, giving the residents a luxurious
penthouse view.
