The concept of this new office building involves three components: the office, the garden and the overall larger site. The
working environment indoors becomes connected to the outside as the shape of the building creates courtyard spaces right next to
the offices. The upper floor looks down into the courtyards and also to the green roofs that cover the office pavilions. The design
anticipates future expansion as a building as well as an office park that will service to other businesses and companies for further development.
